We take on approximately 12 to 15% of the inquiries we receive. Below is a list of factors we consider when accepting a new client and prospective project.

Aesthetics + Style

We consider our style transitional modern with minimal, neutral tendencies that are not only visually stunning but are functional for the client and their lifestyle.

Compatibilty

We work closely with our clients for months to years at a time if we are doing large scale renovations. It is absolutely crucial that we have great communication and that all parties naturally gel with one another.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT TAKE ON ACCESSORIZING/STYLING ONLY, THIS IS INCLUDED IN FULL ROOM DESIGN PROJECTS!

Budget

We ask that prospective clients keep in mind cost of product, cost of materials, cost of trades on top of what we charge for our time when considering and calculating their interior design budget. Please keep in mind the minimum budget we are able to work with is $50k. 

Timeline + Expectations

A lot of people want things done super cheap and super fast, that’s just not how we work. If the budget doesn’t make sense for what we feel the project needs, we will explain where the budget should be or decline the project. As for deadlines, we provide our clients with a timeline that is reasonable, that fits within our current client schedule and that we are completely confident in.
